Vaccine Requirements for Boarding
The health and safety of every pet in our care—and our staff—are extremely important to us. To maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment, all pets must be up to date on required vaccinations before boarding with us.
Dog Vaccine Requirements
Dogs must have proof of current vaccinations for:
Rabies
Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Cat Vaccine Requirements
Cats must have proof of current vaccinations for:
Rabies
FVRCP
No Exceptions Policy
We are unable to accept pets that do not have all required vaccinations up to date. This policy helps protect: your pet, other pets in our care, our staff who interact closely with animals every day
Vaccines Expiring During a Stay
If a pet’s vaccination expires during their boarding stay, we reserve the right to transport the pet to a local veterinarian to have the vaccine updated. Any veterinary visits and related costs will be the responsibility of the owner. This ensures your pet remains protected throughout their entire stay

You’ve packed, loaded the car, and are racing to make your flight. As you pull into The Snuggery, guilt creeps in. Will your furry friend be happy, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away?
The answer becomes clear as you open the car door. Your dog leaps out, tail wagging, bounding eagerly toward our front door. Their excitement reassures you—this isn’t just boarding; it’s their own little vacation. At The Snuggery, your beloved pet is treated like family.

Our Daily Care Routine
Pets staying with us are taken outside for bathroom breaks a minimum of four times per day to ensure they remain comfortable and maintain their normal routine. Each pet also receives fresh food and water daily, and their suite is cleaned every day using pet-specific cleaning products to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. In addition, all suites and areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for every stay.

Dietary Needs
We encourage you to bring your dog’s usual food to maintain their dietary consistency and digestive health. Simply provide clear feeding instructions upon arrival.
Need us to provide food? We offer high-quality house meals for an additional $5 per day.
Medication Administration
If your pet requires medication, we’ll administer it at no extra charge. Please supply detailed instructions and any treats you use to make medication time stress-free.
Canine Boarding
The lodging facilities at The Snuggery are truly unique. Runs are indoors, with 6' block walls between runs to give each guest their own private space.
